Preliminary Notice of the Results of the 2024 Reappraisal
The Town of Troy contracted with New England Municipal Consultants, Ltd. (NEMC) for a complete reappraisal of all real estate within the town for the 2024 Grand List. As a portion of that contract NEMC is required to hold informal public hearings to discuss the new proposed values with property owners. This booklet is a presentation of the proposed 2024 values. This notice does not constitute the beginning of the legal grievance period. You will be officially notified of your Grand List value in June.
Thursday May 2nd through Saturday May 4th, informal hearings with New England Municipal Consultants are available to ask questions about your assessment. Daytime and evening hours will be available. To set up an appointment for an informal hearing with NEMC to discuss your 2024 proposed appraised value, please call the Town Clerk at (802) 988-2663 to set up an appointment. Appointments can be made Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm.
